I’m Brendon, your local Mortgage Adviser. I help first home buyers and investors secure the right lending, with the right strategies, so they can purchase property with confidence.

I personally guide each client through the home buying process, keeping them informed every step of the way. My focus is on clear communication, speed, and responsiveness. Having navigated everything from buying my first home to building an investment portfolio, I understand how important these factors are to client experience and achieving the best outcome.

I’ll tailor your mortgage to suit your lifestyle and financial goals, and over time, guide you with strategies to pay it off faster and make the most of your home’s equity to grow your property portfolio

  • In most cases, it’s completely free — lenders pay me a commission, not you. On rare occasions where a fee applies, I’ll be upfront and discuss it with you first.

  • No — I work with clients nationwide through online meetings. If you’re in Canterbury or on the West Coast, I’m also happy to meet in person.
